Located in our lounge area and is a full scale sit down restaurant. The view of the Jackal Golf Course and the Slopes of Mt. Brighton are just a few of the many amenities the BAUERY has to offer. Our Executive Chef Tim Ortbring has created a masterful menu ranging from tantalizing appetizers, the freshest salads and sandwiches, to an array of dazzling entrees, and daily specials.
